Cancellation Policy

All massage sessions require a significant amount of preparation and commitment of time on the part of the therapist prior to the massage.  If the appointment is cancelled at the last minute, or if the client fails to show up, this time and effort often cannot be recovered, particularly for specialty massages.  For this reason, the following policy will be applied to payments and charges with regard to cancellations of scheduled appointments.

If notification of cancellation is made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled to an available time convenient to the client at no additional charge.

If notification of cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or if the client fails to show for the scheduled appointment, then the client will be charged the lesser of the full price of the scheduled session, or $50.  If the appointment is rescheduled to a later time, then 50 percent of this fee may be applied to the cost of the next session.

Please arrive for your session on time or early.  Sessions must begin and end at the scheduled times.  Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrivals, nor will credit be given toward the session fee.  First time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete required paperwork.
